Summary: We loved the home and back yard area. The home was clean and comfortable. They need a grill for the back patio and the Internet was out for the entire stay we were there so the TVs didn’t work. The home post says there are animals on the property, but there are a LOT of animals right next to the back yard. Lots of chickens and turkeys. Sleeping in is not really an option with the roosters. But we loved the home. The management was attentive and quick to help with communication.

Summary: We booked this home in Stephenville during fall graduation for Tarleton. This home is spacious and with 4 bedrooms, perfect for the entire family to stay together. The kitchen is very well stocked to make preparing meals enjoyable. The backyard space is nice and has the perfect spot for gathering and playing corn hole. The hosts are very nice and answered all questions prior to arrival. The basket with treats was a nice surprise also! We will most definitely stay with this host again.

Summary: We rented this home for graduation weekend at Tarleton. It was the perfect home for our family to all be together and be able to have home cooked meals. The hosts are so nice and responsive to any messages. This rental is stocked nicely with pots, pans and serving containers. The goodie basket is a welcome treat. The backyard is so nice and has a perfect spot for a corn hole tournament with the college kids. We will definitely rent again and highly recommend to anyone looking for spacious, clean, family friendly home.
